This is the way that leads to Hasedera.
Finally, we arrived at the Sanmon temple gate of Hasedera.
This is a big tree with uneven nubby knots that stands by the Sanmon gate.
Going through the gate, we found a garden.
There was a Jizodo hall in the garden. On the right side of the garden and in front of the hall, there are innumerable statues of Jizo.
This is a Kannondo Hall in which Kanzeon Bosatsu is enshrined.
We went forward from the Kannondo Hall, and found a big garden. As Hasedera is built on the side of a mountain, walking in the garden of this temple is just like having a picnic.
During the walk, we found a “Hokora” (a small wayside shrine).
Hasedera has also an observation platform, from which you can see a beautiful view.
That day, a pleasant wind was blowing, and we had a very good time.
